Service Agreement
Our Preventive Maintenance Agreements allow you to feel
more secure in your sound systems. They work very simply:
We come into the church twice a year and go through the whole sound system. We will check over the equipment, and clean the mixer, amplifiers, equalizers, and other equipment. Remember, dust and debris will ruin you equipment faster, and will also cause your system equipment to heat up faster. This also can cause failure faster.
Next we will check and test over your microphone cable to see if there are any shorts that have developed. If there are, we will replace them free. We also will check and replace foam and metal windscreens on your microphones that are damaged.
Last we will test the speakers with a frequency analyzer to see how the main and monitor speakers are performing. We will then adjust your equalizers and other equipment as needed to keep your system running smoothly.
When we are done we will inform you of anything that needs repair or greater service. We will also provide loaner equipment if necessary while your equipment is repaired.
There are other advantages to a service agreement. We will give you an additional discount for any equipment that you purchase from us. This can total hundreds of dollars in the case of a complete failure of your sound system.
